Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TFT Legal Service (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information through justiceroute.com (the “Website”), operated under the name Justice Route. It applies to information collected before you are formally represented by any law firm.
1. Who we are
TFT Legal Service operates Justice Route, an attorney advertising and referral service. We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. When you ask for a case review, we may share your information with one or more participating attorneys or law firms so they can evaluate your request and contact you. If you sign an engagement agreement with a law firm, that firm’s own privacy practices and the attorney-client relationship govern the information you share with it from then on.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details and identifiers you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, city, state, ZIP code, and date of birth.
- Information about your situation that you choose to share, such as whether the abuse happened before you turned 18, the type of facility involved, and whether you already have a lawyer. Because of the subject of this Website, this can reveal sensitive information (for example, that you may have experienced sexual abuse). We use it only to evaluate and respond to your request.
- Consent records, such as the consent text you agreed to and the time you submitted.
- Device and usage information collected automatically, such as IP address, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and how you interact with the evaluation assistant (including answers you select before you finish).
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, medical records, juvenile or court records, or government ID on this Website. Please do not send them to us.
3. How we collect it
- From you, when you use the evaluation assistant on our homepage, or when you email or call us.
- Automatically, through cookies, scripts and similar technologies used by the Website and by the evaluation assistant. The assistant may record your answers as you go, even before you submit your contact details.
- From service providers that help us verify consent, prevent fraud, and confirm the accuracy of submissions.
4. How we use information
- To respond to your request and connect you with a participating attorney or law firm for a free review.
- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request, as you authorize.
- To keep records of your consent and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
- To detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse, and to keep the Website secure.
- To understand how the Website performs and to improve it, using aggregated or de-identified information where possible.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Participating attorneys and law firms (and their intake teams), so they can evaluate your request and contact you. You direct this disclosure when you submit the evaluation form.
- Service providers that work on our behalf, including the provider of the evaluation assistant and lead form (LeadBot / GetLeadForms) and the tools it uses (for example, consent-verification, spam-protection, and location-lookup services), as well as website hosting and email delivery.
- Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, subpoenas or court orders, to protect rights, safety and property, or to investigate fraud.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share the details of your situation with advertisers.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
This Website does not use its own analytics or advertising cookies. The evaluation assistant, which is provided by a third party, uses cookies, local storage, and scripts to run the assistant, remember your progress, prevent fraud, and record consent, and its code may load measurement libraries. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you do, the evaluation assistant may not work properly.
7. Calls, texts and emails
If you submit your contact details and agree to the consent language shown in the evaluation form, you may receive calls, text messages, and emails about your request, which may use automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email [email protected].
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above: generally for as long as your request is being evaluated and then for the period needed to keep consent and compliance records and resolve disputes (typically up to five years), unless a longer period is required by law. We then delete, de-identify, or securely archive it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to: confirm whether we process your personal information and give you a copy; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising. To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request,” or call (786) 795-8205. We will verify your request using information you previously gave us and respond within the time required by law. You will not be treated differently for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
11. State privacy rights
Residents of several states have privacy rights under their state’s consumer privacy laws, which may include the rights described in Section 10 and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We use information about your situation only to respond to your request. Third-party code used by the evaluation assistant may receive device and usage information, which some state laws treat as “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” To opt out, email [email protected] with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share,” or turn on a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we treat as an opt-out request for that browser where we can. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your signed permission.
12. Children and minors
This Website is intended for adults (18 and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, please ask a parent, guardian, or another trusted adult to help you, or contact the RAINN National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-656-4673. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice.
